Les Maltiers benefits from an exceptional geographical location, in the heart of France, close to the barley fields, which allows them to process the barley from the Centre Region, thus ensuring local malt production.
Maltsters control the selection of barley in the fields and carefully monitor the malting process to provide microbrewers with quality malts, enabling them to produce excellent beers.
