Wheat is malted with a similar malting process to malting barley.

Pale Ale malt is klined longer than Pilsen malt which results in a deeper colour.

Munich Malt is made with much the same process as Pilsner lager malt but germination is shortened while kilning will be at higher temperatures for flavour and colour development.

Vienna Malt is made with much the same process as pilsner lager malt with kilning at slightly higher temperatures for flavour and colour development.

HOW IT IS MADE
This malt is made of French 6 row winter barley. The six row winter malted barley has a high diastatic power.

Organic barley produces the ultimate natural quality, flavoursome malt with natural characteristics unlike any other.

Pale Ale malt is klined longer than Pilsen malt which results in a deeper colour. This malt gives a golden colour to the beer.

Vienna Malt is made with much the same process as pilsner lager malt with kilning at slightly higher temperatures for flavour and colour development.

Wheat is malted with a similar malting process to malting barley. Slightly shorter steeping time as the wheat does not contain its husk, and therefore absorbs water at a quicker rate to allow for germination. Germination takes places at high moisture content to allow for higher modification of the malt.

British Breeze Maris Otter Pale Malt provides a unique flavour with a deeper golden colour and distinctive sweet biscuit taste. It also adds a full body to your beer, making it the perfect base malt to create traditional ales.

Golden Swift Pale Ale Malt gives a rich golden colour and balanced sweet malt flavour to your beer. This malt is ideal for brewing ale Styles.

Gentle Flow Extra Pale Malt is perfect for golden and pale beers. It has a high extract potential, neutral flavour and produces clear wort.

Red Beacon Melanoidin Malt provides deep intense taste and a dark ruby colour to beer. It has characteristically high melanoidin content, producing dark, aroma-rich malts with deep nutty, malty and biscuit Notes.

Silky Fog Rolled Oats is the perfect solution to adding real body and a silky mouthfeel in low ABV hoppy pales or even stronger stouts.

Strong Chains Dextrin Malt adds body and mouthfeel without impacting flavour or colour. This means you can use up to 20% for low ABV pale ales to replicate the mouthfeel of a much stronger beer.

Sweet Sailing Cara Malt provides caramel, nutty and sweet flavours to your beer and additional body and mouthfeel. There is little to no enzymatic potential.

Compass Rose Amber Malt imparts a dry, light biscuit flavour with slight coffee undertones. It’s a versatile roasted malt that can change the direction of your beer with its use.

Morning Light Light Crystal Malt gives an amber to red colour in higher proportions. Rich in reducing sugars, it provides delicious light caramel flavours, additional body and flavour stability.

Midday Sun Medium Crystal Malt gives an amber to red colour alongside intense dark caramel notes. Rich in reducing sugars, it provides delicious sweet flavour, additional body and flavour stability.

Maroon Sunset Dark Crystal Malt gives an amber to burgundy colour alongside dark toasted treacle flavours. Rich in reducing sugars, it provides additional body and flavour stability.

Midnight Stars Double Roasted Crystal Malt gives a deep ruby brown colour to your beer. Rich in reducing sugars, it provides an intense caramel taste, additional body and flavour stability.

Black Isle Black Malt is ideal for intensely dark beer styles. It gives your beer a dry-roasted cocoa bean flavour and is less astringent and more friable than roasted barley. It has no enzymatic potential.

Bitter Strike Roasted Barley has an intense astringency and bitterness. It gives a deep, dark colour to your beer. Combined with other dark roasted malts, it gives a wonderful complexity to stouts. It has no enzymatic potential.

Peated Malt is made using the same malt production regimes as (plain) distilling malt, with the reek of the peat from the peat furnace passing through the kiln bed.
